A simple, sober and family location is what characterizes Wine e Food Il Mosto, located in the heart of the old town of Aggius, in an evocative atmosphere of cobblestone villages and ancient buildings.
Recently opened, Il Mosto restaurant is renowned for its cuisine, especially the traditional one, where you can taste typical dishes such as the Gallurese soup, the homemade gnocchetti, snails in tomato sauce, char- grilled beef meat and “lu pulcheddu” (roast suckling pig). All dishes are prepared with the age-old family recipes, accompanied by fine Italian wine, foreign and regional ones as the well-known and appreciated Vermentino di Gallura.
Il Mosto, characterized by a harvest location, has two indoor rooms and an outdoor environment for the summer months, it is open all year for lunch and dinner.
