The craft has always been a key part for Aggius, not only for the local economy, but above all for the vast heritage of traditions and knowledge, which is handed down from generation to generation.
The company Serra e Serra Marmi was born from the union of art crafts with the material symbol of the Sardinian countryside. Since 1950, it is responsible for the processing of marble, granite and natural stone facings.
Born from a small workshop, it has become over the years – thanks to the owner’s strong commitment and dedication – a modern and efficient reality by acquiring new machinery and a new larger siege, where to best exhibit the creations.
Despite having become a young and modern company, it is important to underline that the Serra e Serra Marmi has not lost its original setting, based on the respect and application of ancient techniques. The company joins the tradition of craftsmanship and the use of high-tech machinery and tools, resulting in manufacturing finished products, careful to details, that represent real unique pieces.
Therefore, the main goal is to meet the different expectations of the customer, starting from the consulting in the materials choice, from the drawings, the detection of the measures on site, until the finished product execution.
The main products made are: fireplaces, fountains, basins, sinks for external or internal, tables and benches for outdoor use, and architectural elements such as balconies, jambs, lintels, arches, pillars, columns.
