In one of the ancient “stazzi”of Gallura, typical Sardinian rural settlements, Vintura farm has decided to undertake a process of recovery and enhancement of the local rural culture, which led to the opening of a wonderful farmhouse, nestled in a great charming natural landscape.
Owned by the family for several generations, this ancient Gallura farmhouse still maintains the typical elements of rural Sardinian architecture, with the main use of granite in its construction. The company practices both the breeding, and the culture of endemic species of the area. Goats, cows, sheep, pigs, donkeys and chickens, are all bred by following a healthy and organic nutrition. The garden and the orchard allow you to get to the table fresh seasonal products and the vineyard produces excellent wine that is regularly served to the guests. All that comes from the breeding and agriculture is transformed into cheese, meat, vegetables in oil and vinegar, wine and meat in general, strictly processed following the traditional methods of the past.

Agriturismo Vintura also offers three double rooms and one two-roomed flat, all elegantly furnished and equipped with every comfort, including breakfast with pastries and homemade cakes. The catering service offers dishes of Gallura, prepared according to old family recipes, along with wines and homemade liquors.
You can also make long walks closed to nature through rough tracks, nestled in the surrounding green, where you can see several species of animals that animate the woods: hares, wild boars, partridges, foxes and a variety of birds, surrounded by woods holm oak, cork and oak trees.

Appetizers: meat, cheese, artichokes in oil, sweet and sour onions, courgettes and aubergines in oil or grilled;
First courses: Gallurese soup, gnocchetti in tomato sauce;
Second courses: roast pork, wild boar in sweet-and-sour sauce or stewed goat;
